These terms apply when you use Estate Content Studio’s content service. By signing up or approving content through our service, you agree to them.
The service
We create branded social media content for real estate professionals, including market updates, educational posts, news summaries, holiday greetings and property marketing, and publish it to the Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts you connect. The programs, frequency and price of your package are agreed with you when you sign up.
Your approval comes first
Every post is sent to you for approval before it is published. Nothing is published without your approval. Once you approve a post, you confirm that you are comfortable with it being published on your accounts as shown.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that the information, logo, photos and listing details you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
- You remain responsible for making sure your advertising meets the rules that apply to you as a registrant, including your brokerage’s policies and the requirements of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). Please review each post with this in mind before approving it.
- Market figures come from published real estate board reports and are provided for general information. They are not a property valuation or financial advice.
Your accounts
We only ask for the access we need to publish your approved posts, and we never ask for your passwords. You can remove our access at any time; our privacy policy explains how. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are run by third parties, and their own terms and outages are outside our control.
Ownership
Once your account is paid up, you may keep and reuse the content we create for you. Your logo, photos and brand stay yours. We will only show your content as an example of our work with your permission.
Payment and cancellation
Fees, billing dates and any notice period are set out in your package. You can stop the service by emailing us; we will stop publishing and remove our access to your accounts as described in our privacy policy.
Limits of our responsibility
We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee particular results, reach or engagement. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell current clients about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
